happy stay!

friendly staff excellent breakfast

i found the staff very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast had a large choice of items and the bar facilities were excellent.

the room was a little small. i had to reverse into the toilet because it was so small and there was nowhere to hang wet towels, inconvenient.

high windows fully booked

the location was pretty good, near the north bay.

The room i got, a classic double room, wasn't what i expected from the website's photos. No bay window and only two high windows. i complained at reception but they said the hotel was fully booked and i couldn't change rooms. this meant i didn't get the sea view i was hoping for, and i felt quite disappointed.

Excellent Stay with Modern Amenities

The Cozy Double Room included a walk-in shower. It was very clean. Furnishings was of a very good standard. The self-service breakfast offered freshly cooked food, and it was regularly replenished. Receptionists went out of their way to make us comfortable, which I found really nice.

I booked based on images. the room allocated didn't have a bay window or chairs.

Staff members are friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I loved how the receptionists were cute. The team made it so easy to settle in. The communication was spot on throughout my stay.

Underwhelming stay. Issues with room size and breakfast quality

The hotel was close to the open air theatre. A convenient location for our event.

The cozy double room i booked turned out to be very small. Barely larger than a single. breakfast was also disappointing. The food was cold one morning and the croissants were stale. a false fire alarm went off early another morning, and there was no explanation given.

helpful staff good location

the staff was great, giving 100%. the location was good. i would definitely stay there again, as everything was good. car parking was reasonable, costing £5 for two days.

the room we booked was not as described on the website. we felt ripped off, as the room we were allocated had no bay window or chairs.

the room was spacious and had a great sea view, like i requested. a ground floor room was arranged when i explained my husband had mobility issues. the bar had a variety of games available, such as dominoes and cards.

super clean room lovely staff

the staff here seemed lovely and approachable. i enjoyed how spacious and spotlessly clean the room was. it was a classic double room with a sea view and walk in shower, a heavenly sight to behold first thing in the morning

the parking area can feel very tight, especially during peak hours, which can make maneuvering a slight challenge.
